Audrey Petracek

Audrey began her Credit Union career straight out of high school, where she worked for three years before taking time off to raise her family. When her children were teenagers, Audrey came back, where she is now working on her 21st year since her return! Audrey works as a part-time Member Services Representative out of the Churchbridge Branch. She spent some time in the accounting office in the past, but prefers to be on the front line, interacting with the members.
Audrey states that her most memorable moment from her years at the Churchbridge Credit Union include seeing two different members who passed away the same day she saw them in the branch, and thinking she could have been the last person who spoke to them. This enforced her belief to treat everyone with respect. Anyone who has ever gotten the pleasure of being helped by Audrey can attest to that! Audrey truly enjoys working for the Churchbridge Credit Union, which shows by the excellent service she provides to each and every member.
When asked what she enjoys helping members with most, she answered with opening accounts and the challenge of business accounts. She has always enjoyed the hustle and bustle of a busy day and everyone working together to get it done! Audrey states that the best part of her job are the opportunities provided to staff to get the education they need for any role they wish to move into. The education provided by the Credit Union is a huge benefit to the staff and the Credit Union. She takes great pride in working for the Churchbridge Credit Union, where she proudly states that they are a great employer who ensures each employee’s views are respected.
Audrey enjoys volunteering at the Esterhazy Hospital, providing pastoral care. With Audrey’s upcoming retirement this month, she looks forward to expanding that role. While the staff and members will miss her greatly at the Churchbridge Credit Union, we look forward to hearing about all the activities Audrey will have time for in the years to come!
