In our ongoing effort to protect our members from fraud, we are introducing a stronger password for our online banking members. As of April 23rd, you will be required to change your password to combination of letters and numbers and symbols.
Where can members change their PAC?
- MemberDirect via desktop
- Mobile App
- NOT on Mobile Web
What are the requirements of the Strong PAC?
- 8-30 characters long
- At least one upper case alpha
- At least one lower case alpha
- At least one numeric
- Special characters are optional – only @ # $ – | and !
- Last 10 passwords cannot be used
