Community Investment Program

The Churchbridge Credit Union believes companies such as ours have the ability and the responsibility to step forward to support the social, cultural and economic enrichment of our communities. To maintain our commitment to our communities, Churchbridge Credit Union sets aside an annual pledge of up to 1% of pre-tax profit to non-profit organizations for substantial donations.

For the year 2015 the Churchbridge Credit Union designated $14,000 towards the Community Investment Program, applications were accepted until April 29, 2016.  The funds were designated to the following groups & organizations:  Will be announced in May 2016.


2015 Recipients:

Langenburg & District Activity Centre (wheelchair accesible van) $3,700

Churchbridge Aquatic Centre (Sound System) $3,700

Town of Bredenbury (indoor Gym)    $3,000

CPS (Fitness Centre)  $1,600


2014 Recipients:

Churchbridge Curling Rink (new ice plant) $5,000

MacNutt Parkland Library(siding and roofing)$2,000

Churchbridge Arena(girls change room) $1,500

Langenburg Arena(new lights) $1,500


2013 Recipients:

Langenburg Arts Council $3,500

CPS Millwright Program $3,500

MacNutt Recreation Board $1,000


2012 Recipients:

Shooting Star Preschool (Equipment) $2,500

United Soccer Organization (Uniforms) $2,000

Churchbridge Arena Board (Plant Repairs) $4,000


2011 Recipients:

Churchbridge Curling Club (Plant Repairs)  $4,000

MacNutt Recreation Center (siding) $2,000

Churchbridge Minor Sports (uniforms) $2,500

Langenburg Swimming Pool (pool cover) $2,500
