MemberDirect® Online Banking

You can access your accounts easily online using MemberDirect®.  It’s a way for you to stay connected with your account(s) and financial responsibilities, wherever you may be. As long as you have an internet connection whether that be via a computer, smart phone or a tablet, you can access your account from anywhere, 24 hours a day, with increased authentication features that provide an additional layer of security.

You can access your account at any time, manage your accounts, your mobile banking, stop cheques,  open a new savings or chequing account, pay bills, and e-transfer whenever it’s convenient for you.  You can also manage your money better using budgets, tracking, categories and analysis so you know where your money is going.  Log in to MemberDirect® and click on the Account Services menu on the left and choose the option you want.

Direct Alerts for Online Banking

Guard against account fraud! Churchbridge Credit Union alerts will let you know when important changes have been made to your information in Internet Banking. These alerts add additional protection to allow you to identify and report potential fraudulent activity as soon as it happens.

Interac e-Transfer

Transferring money can now be done quickly and securely with INTERAC e-Transfer! All you need is your recipient’s email address or mobile phone number to send money in just a few quick and easy steps.

Mobile App
Get instant and secure access to your accounts with the Churchbridge Credit Union banking app.  From your smart phone (iPhone or Android) you can download the app from the ITunes App Store or Google Play Store. Then, sign in the same way you do to access your Online Banking – MemberDirect®.

Once you’ve logged in, you can view your account(s) activity and recent transactions, pay bills or set up payments, view and edit upcoming bills and transfers, transfer money between your accounts or to other Credit Union members, use INTERAC e-Transfer† to send money securely via email or text, deposit cheques with Deposit Anywhere,  and get messages about your account straight to your phone.
